Upsell Fairy Phone Number?

Does anyone know the phone number or at least the area code used when/if the upsell fairy calls? I don't want my phone to block it...just in case! Thanks.

Just call the carnival number , be your own up sale person.

i have received 5 up sell calls and they all came up as miami area code 305. my caller ID actually said call from carnival cruise lines then had the phone number under it. all the calls i received came the same week as the cruise usually around 4-5 days out.

I got a call and email from a "Stateroom Sales Specialist". Not sure if I'm allowed to post that info here. His job, as I understand it, is to upsell unbooked staterooms.

 

I saved the email.

 

Oh, we took the upsell. Went from balcony to suite.

My only call came from area code 305 (interior to aft wrap balcony for less than $300). It came three days before the cruise, which for my next cruise would have been yesterday :(

There's a lot of ocean suites (think that is what they are called) and Grand suites left open on our Oct cruise, seems like no one wants them. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a call for the ocean suite since the 4 person balconies are all booked up except for 1 and it's the one that joins carnivals kid club. Wonder why it's still open lol. The OS are only a couple hundred more than I paid for our balcony because they've dropped prices on them a couple times already.

 

But we are on the Lido and the suites are on Empress, Empress is where Dh and I usually book but this cruise is without dh and I'm taking the kids. I think they'd have more fun staying on the Lido. Even for free I'm not sure I'd move off the Lido deck for a OS, maybe for a cheap GS.

Well thanks to this post I went looking and noticed an JS that opened up on Lido and upgraded myself. $140 total with a $50obc included so $90 after that is figured in. That is what I get for reading here lol

I've never upgraded before. How do you do that on the Carnival website?
