Thank you for your review.

Are the prices at the bar, etc. for sandwiches, etc. like McDonalds, or more expensive like a restaurant?

The lounge chairs you say are free. Do they have air mattresses to use in the pool water?

Other than the Cabanas, zip line what would you say is the most expensive thing there, and is it worth it?

For the vendors, are these crafts they made, or are come in to their area for them to sell?

It was mentioned, if I understood right, that you could get a Cabana, food/drinks for a party of 5 for $89.00, is that correct?

Do the Cabanas comes in different sizes? Do they charge pp that use the Cabana, and if so, how much pp? Also, do they furnish the lounge chair in them along with the pp charge or what?

Glad to read we can bring in packaged snacks.

As for the vendors, do they have a set price, or will they bargain? Just needing to know this "ahead" of time, as I am making all kinds of note. :)

With us having 8 people (I'm sure at least 3 or more will be using the pool - thanks for the NICE pictures that were shown as well), they are expecting ME to get all kinds of answers for them in regard to Amber Cove. :)

The food/drinks was $89...I believe the cabanas start at $249.

I was there in April. No timeshares in the pier area. The only thing we were approached for was an umbrella. $8 plus a tip for them putting it up. Everyone working there was uniformed and friendly. There is nothing within walking distance outside the pier pool area. It's a very poor area. There are comments under the port posts about timeshares even at Ocean World.

$8 for an umbrella at the pool near the pier? or did you find a nearby beach area? we had an over water cabana but the water was so dark and murky i didn't go in. walked to the other end of the port area but it was all rocks. i didn't think there was any 'beach' to speak of. there were umbrellas already set up at the pool as we were one of the first off the ship so i did not think you had to pay for that.
