Free beach

My SIL and I will be here in November and are sailing with carnival. We are trying not to spend much money on this trip. Are there any free beeches close to the carnival port?

There is no admission fee for the pay-as-you-go side of Mr. Sanchos -- just pay for any food/drinks you order. But the cab fare is about $17 each way for up to 4 passengers in the cab, so share the ride with others on your roll call to save $$

 

Closer to the port, but with no beach (you enter the water via steps) is the Money Bar - about a $10 cab ride and offering great snorkeling from the shore. Good facilities, lockers, etc. plus good food, drinks & service. They do offer an area with tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs and a view of the ocean, just not a sandy beach.
