Belle Star Posted September 2, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2016 By the time our airplane lands in St. Petersburg and our Viking shuttle gets us to the boat, it will likely be close to 8:30 pm. At that hour, will there be meal service available on the boat or should we plan to stock up on protein bars to hold us over until breakfast the next day? Thank you! laverendrye Posted September 2, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2016 I can't imagine that Viking would not provide you with a meal, no matter how late you arrive if you are coming to the ship on a Viking transfer from the airport. If, for some reason, you are not offered a meal, I would certainly see the Cruise Director and ask for one.
CILCIANRQTS Posted September 3, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 3, 2016 With dinner at 7, and l- o-n-g dinner hours, the kitchen will certainly still be open and have some meal left that they can heat up for you. It's been the experience of most Viking posters on here that the staff will bend over backwards to help you. (I may regret using that particular terminology...)
