We typically use our onboard credit for drink packages but since the packages changed today I went ahead and purchased them so I could get the discount. The onboard credit will be from the credit card rewards. If I do not use it all will it be refunded to my card without going to the Casino to cash out?

Yes, if you have excess refundable credit (Visa points OBC is refundable), it will automatically be credited to the credit card you used to secure your onboard account.

Does anyone know if you can still purchase excursions and specialty dining online with a credit card and then have them refund it in order to use OBC from the BofA card? Hopefully, I am wording this right? :)

Sure, you have until around 3 days before the cruise to get a refund to your credit card.
