Printing eDocs

Trying to print my edocs, but I keep getting a message that says "The reservation is not yet READY [yes, it's in Caps] to be retrieved. Try again." I keep trying, but keep getting the same message. I was able to print my friends edocs without a problem. Anyone know what this message means? Thanks.

How far out are you from sailing> for some reason I am thinking they wont be available till 60 days out?

 

I'm sailing Oct 1st. I just called NCL. They had to "reset edocs" and then they printed without a problem, but thanks for responding.

I'm glad they were able to solve your problem.

We are cruising Oct 30th and I was able to print our eDocs a week ago with no problem.
