I saw that but it's pretty vague on the details. The "savings" they are referring to are the savings for having a package versus buying the photos individually, and I couldn't find where it specified what the "bonus" prints were. We're trying to decide if we need to buy the package in advance or if we can wait until the end of our trip when we decide how many photos we actually want, and then buy the corresponding package. Cant' tell what the price /amount difference would be if we waited to buy, say, the 20 photo package.

I believe the only difference in buying online and on the ship is that online you get 1 extra pic with $149 , 3 with $199 and 5 with $249 . We got the middle package last year and got lots of great pictures, It worked out to less than $9 per picture.

The discount for Latitude members when buying/paying onboard - especially Gold & Platinum is generous & often given by the photo staff, but you won't get that at all with advance purchase. You can use any available & sometimes, those non-refundable (use it or lose it) OBC to pay for it - since everything is charged to the stateroom's account. We took a package for10, assorted pictures, including some "group" photos with our friends next door - with the special price & asked/received the 25% discount.
