Jennnfusion Posted September 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2016 I'll be cruising with a high energy high intensity toddler who will be almost 3. We plan to make use of the dinosaur pools (she's out of diapers) and kids' club, but I wonder if any of you discovered awesome spots where the kids could run and explore on the Norwegian Gem without so much micromanagement and without upsetting other cruisers. My girl is into EVERYTHING! I love her curiosity - it's part of who she is, but I don't want to spend the whole vacation trapped on my balcony or shouting various iterations of "no / don't touch that / put that that down / don't do that / be careful", hah. abbyar Posted September 11, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 11, 2016 There's a cool area outside Cagney's with large chess pieces and golf tee. My younger ones Loved running around there and it's generally not busy. The library is nice for some quiet play (reading kids books or puzzles if you choose to bring any). Buford T Justiice Posted September 11, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2016 Bliss lounge (when there are no activities) has quite a bit of running room especially since they took out the bowling alleys. Promenade deck is always good for activity; Promenade deck at the front of the ship where your child can hear their echo;
