Courtesy Rent a Car??

In March emailed with Courtesy about having a rental car while we are in port in December and everything seemed great. Now it's September and I'm trying to send a follow up email and they keep being sent back to me as "undeliverable" because their mailbox is full. I've also tried to call without success. Sounds like they might be out of business? Has anyone rented a car from Courtesy Rent a Car in the past few weeks to confirm they are still in business?
