39august Posted September 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2016 We were extremely impressed that Liberty provided a museum tour and catered lunch for the consecutive cruisers (back2backs) on the Aug. 28 cruise. The ship had contracted Noroviris during this cruise and had to be thoroughly disinfected after docking on Sept. 4, so embarkation was delayed. We all dreaded the thought of sitting in the terminal for hours. However, in our meeting the Saturday before disembarkation we were advised that we would be taken on a Bryan Museum tour with lunch. We disembarked about 10:00 AM and boarded special buses that took us to the museum. We had a 2 hour docent guided tour and then a delicious catered lunch before we were bused back to the terminal. The museum building alone is worth a tour. It is stunning! The museum bills itself as showing, "The way the west will never be again". This was a delightful experience.
