newcruise Posted September 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2016 I don't see why this wouldn't be possible, but I thought I'd check with you Cruise Critic experts. We made a booking for a transatlantic but didn't have a future cruise credit to apply towards it. We will be on a voyage in November and want to buy a future cruise credit while onboard. As long as it's before the 120 day deadline for penalties and before final payment, would we be able to cancel the transatlantic and rebook using the newly purchased future cruise credit? Thanks in advance for your knowledgeable advice. Diane
Salacia Posted September 25, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 25, 2016 Diane, as far as I know, you should be able to do what you outlined. May I suggest that while you are on board, you discuss this with the Voyage Office (or whatever it is they are calling themselves these days). You didn't mention if you are using a travel agent, but if so, your booking, if made on board, can still be transferred to your travel agent. Bon voyage!
