Limited Spa access - Sauna, Showers, etc.

Hi: DW and I are not really spa people, but I noted some posters mention buying a limited spa/salon package. I think it allowed use of the sauna and steam facilities, as well as the showers and other open areas (like the forward view tiled chaises in the spa). I was trying to find more information on this, but couldn't find it on excursions, or in the spa section of services available to pre-order. Can anyone help, or point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hope this helps with your question:

On ships with Cloud 9 Spa facilities, you can purchase a day pass (or a cruise long pass) individually as long as they are not sold out. These passes (which can only be purchased once you board) give you access to all of the spa facilities for the specified time period. As far as I know, the thermal suites (the rooms with tiled loungers and chairs) are only available to those with the Spa Pass. Without the Spa pass, you can still access the relaxation room, showers (locker room) and the sauna on Cloud 9 Spa ships.

On ships without a Cloud 9 Spa facility, you have access to the showers, sauna, and steam rooms (if the ship has those facilities).

on ships WITH Cloud 9 Spa, there is still access to showers, sauna and steam. They are outside of the private access.

I have been on both the Magic and Breeze and booked Cloud 9 cabins.

Yeah you can access the locker room and showers on deck 14 without a pass. You can access the sauna in the gym locker room on deck 12 without a pass. You absolutely need a pass to get into the Cloud 9 Spa thermal suite on deck 14 which is where you will find the steam rooms (three of them), heated loungers, rain shower and the thalassotherapy pool. There is no steam room outside of the thermal suite on deck 14 or deck 12. Now, the sauna in the gym locker room on deck 12 does have a water bucket and ladle that can be used to turn the sauna into something of a steam room if you wish.
