Amber Cove - DR on a "Budget"

We (8) just booked the Glory for an eastern direction going to Amber Cove in March.

 

We are on a "tight" budget, and have never been to Amber Cove before. Any suggestions of things to see/do that does not cost much, or is free?

 

Any other suggestions about this port is welcomed as well.

No reason to spend a penny here. Huge free pool along with two free water slides.

for a fee you can zip line, rent a kayak or other non motorized water sport, check out the shops, some are even local items. but the pool and slides are there to enjoy and plenty of loungers. hike up to the sky bar just for the view.
