sheephugs Posted October 16, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 16, 2016 I'm hoping someone has some experience with this. I have booked a spa balcony cabin on a cruise next month and want to book a massage online. I have gone through the checkout and applied the John Heald spa code for the 10% off. It shows that but it doesn't show the 20% off discount which I understand I qualify for on the first treatment by booking a spa cabin. On JH post he says it can be combined with the first and second spa cabin reservation (20% and 30% off) but not if you get third at 40% off. Does anyone know how to make the spa cabin 20% off discount show on an online reservation?
coevan Posted October 17, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 17, 2016 The massages are never booked up, just book when you board.

sheephugs Posted October 17, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted October 17, 2016 Don't I have to book by October 31st to use the John Heald extra 10% off discount? I was just going to book onboard but when I saw that offer, I thought it would be worth getting 30% off vs 20% off on massages that my sister and I were planning anyway. You're correct, there's an expiration date. I would call, sometimes those discounts are tricky to apply.
