Name of dining room on Conquest

I need to know the name of the dining room that is located in the middle of the Conquest.. Also what time do they offer early dining in that particular dining room.. According to our travel agent..who doesn't know this info>>>we have to request a specific time either the 5:45 or the 6:15pm ..One of those times is for the Monet and the other is for the other dining room..
