Eclipse main dining room menu

I will be travelling on the Eclipse to the Caribbean in a months time, wondering if there was a main dining room menu available? I have been on the ship before but not for a while so I imagine not much has changed. We do like to go to a few speciality restaurants as well or if we can't be bothered to get dressed up we'll happily eat in Ocean View.

Main changes in recent years - menus have gone from 4 courses to 3 but on our Eclipse cruise this summer we ordered 4 courses most nights without issue. Other changes for the Eclipse (again maybe only whilst Eclipse is in the UK) is the welcome dropping of the Top Chef menu night.

 

The order of menus on our cruise was different to the one featured in the blog above but one thing that does seem to be a given is that the first night menu is always the same - Crispy beef Spring Roll, beets, Prime Rib etc
