Non motor water sports

Best place to have the option to do either stand up paddle boarding or windsurfing with a day pass in Nassau? Is that available at the Atlantis, Breezes, or Colonial Hilton at all? thanks

Breezes did not have SUP when we were there in January. Their website says that they have windsurfing and windsurfing lessons, although I don't remember seeing them. You might want to try calling the resort to ask.

Atlantis is on Cabbage Beach, which is really too rough for watersports. If they did have those things, they would be on the lagoon and wouldn't be included in the day pass.

We went to Sandals, which was great, but did not do SUP. The water was a little rough.
