Oasis Boardwalk Balcony

Hi! I know that the new perks for neighborhood balconies begin this month and that one of the perks for Boardwalk balcony staterooms is the soda package for 2 people. For those that sail this month, can you find out if those are transferable? I am sailing later in the month and don't need the soda package because I have the full beverage package but would love to be able to transfer the package to my kids in another cabin.
