We have had the same problem for the last 3 days on our home computer. Live in the US. Cannot look up a single cruise. Princess IT please help us all out. MsSoCalCruiser Posted November 5, 2016 #12 Share Posted November 5, 2016 I don't know if you are using an iPad or not but a while ago I was having all sorts of problems and could not get the website to work at all. Totally by accident I figured out if I turned off the private browsing, the princess website would work. I have been using this iPad for years on the princess website and I had never had a problem before. It took me at least a month to figure out that I now for some reason needed to turn off the private browsing.
