Only the Main Dining Room is included. You can make reservations or just show up, or a combination.

In Oct. 2016 on the Freedom CHOPS was $35.00 per person. That's the only one I used so can't help otherwise. Also, if you order a larger steak at CHOPS the price is higher, for example the 19 ounce Porterhouse was an additional $19.00.
