Is there a way to prepay gratuities or apply to onboard credit when it is an egift card? I'm all paid up, including shore excursions so I'm trying to figure out if I can take advantage of this offer.

Yes. the egift card should come with a gift card # and pin #. I've never purchased from NewEgg, but have got these from Ebay.

 

You can either punch in the info at one of the self-serve terminals onboard or take the info to Guest Services and let them apply the credit.
