Why does CC review keep flipping me to submit photo journal?

Has anyone had an problem recently with CC when trying to do a review? I don't mean on the MSC forum i mean on the actual reviews page.

 

I keep getting emails asking me to submit a review which I'm happy to do but every time I put in company, ship and,sailing dates it flips to photo journal.

 

Any ideas on how to stop it happening?
