Has anyone every used Express Shuttle Miami before? They have been very prompt with their emails.

Where are you going? :confused: The common suggestion in Miami, unless you are solo, is to use a taxi or Uber.

We have 6 adults and 3 young kids. They are shuttling us from Hilton Miami Airport to cruise terminal for $50

That's a great deal. Taxi from MIA area hotels to POM will run about $30 and you would need two van cabs to fit your group plus bags (especially if anyone packs like my wife!).

Would definitely recommend this company. They were prompt with all emails and showed up as scheduled both times. When we returned to the port, we called when we cleared customs, we were told driver would be there in 20 min and he would call when he arrived. He called as he was arriving and told us where to meet him.
