Where to purchase baseball jerseys near Old San Juan or Airport

DH is interested in purchasing some baseball jerseys while we're in San Juan, either for local teams or perhaps for the PR national team for the upcoming World Baseball games. We are in OSJ on Sunday before we board, or perhaps on Monday after disembark and head to the airport for our afternoon flight. Any locals here who can let us know where to start looking?
