Question About Belize Since Harvest Caye

We will be there 1st week of Feb and plan to check out the island briefly then back on board and hopefully enjoy a less packed pool for the afternoon, totally agree with the Six Flags comment...

I read that the UBP does not apply there so I'd really like to get out of that area.

 

Does anyone know if I would be able to book a cave tubing excursion there or is Harvest too far away from the area where that is offered?

If you think the private island stops are like Six Flags, then yes, but IMO it is just like any other private stop, nothing like Six Flags.
