Le Havre port- are taxis readily available?

We will be disembarking early from our BI cruise here. I understand that it is about a mile and a half from the train station. Does anyone know if there is a taxi stand near the pier? As I've been told that many passengers do leave their ships at this port, I must assume that taxis are around. Or is there a shuttle into town? Thanks for any help.

There is a taxi stand there (see photo), but I did not pay attention to if there were any taxis there or not.

That will do, thanks. There is a phone number so I can call. We planned on disembarking later in the morning so wasn't sure how many taxis would hang around after first crush of pax left ship.
