We are on the West Indies Explorer next month from the Port of San Juan. Does anyone know the location of the terminal or Pier we will be leaving from?

Did you look in your cruise documents? In the booklet on page 5 it states for my cruise (February 15 - West Indies Explorer):

 

Your ship will be docked at Cruise Pier, Calle Marina, Old San Juan. There is a little map showing the location.

Pier 1, East. Right next to Plaza Darsenas and across the U.S. Federal Courthouse, right in Old San Juan. It's the very first (westernmost) cruise ship pier along the promenade by San Juan harbor. Very convenient location, if you ask me.
