Dayana Posted January 5, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2017 Hi, Would anyone happen to know from past cruises or own research if the free 3rd and 4th person offer is ever available during a holiday sailing? I.e. Christmas or thanksgiving or school breaks from past experience. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
redbaron70 Posted January 5, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2017 There are a few sailings with "free extra guests" for our school district's spring break this year (the week after Easter): Escape, Getaway, Pearl, and Jade. There may be more, but those are the ones I remember.
smilin64 Posted January 5, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 5, 2017 If you check out the cruise listings on the NCL website there will be coloured icons next to the date/stateroom type that will indicate if this is available. From my experience, you definitely won't find any third and fourth passengers free at Christmas, but they are at a discounted price (about 1/2). Casino Comp Chick Posted January 5, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) I have seen it for Thanksgiving but never Christmas or New Years, in fact for this year Passenger 3 & 4 were higher then passenger 1 & 2 in some instances on the BA New Years cruise. Cabins were about 800 for 1/2 and 1099 for 3/4. Edited January 5, 2017 by Casino Comp Chick
smilin64 Posted January 5, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 5, 2017 Wow! Our teen boys were able to cruise at the half price rate on the Getaway at New Year's Eve last year. Maybe because it was out of Miami. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

negn Posted January 5, 2017 #9 Share Posted January 5, 2017 Happened to see that promotion on end of summer cruise (Escape) Booked for DH and myself and added 6 yo grandaughter. (Her parents would not let us take her out of school) It was the only summer cruise offering that. Shortly after, noticed no longer being offered. Got Tequila? Posted January 6, 2017 #12 Share Posted January 6, 2017 Wow!! Wish I had seen that one. Would have made a great Christmas gift to the family. One stop shopping and done. Sent from my iPhone using Forums Pricing was amazing on that sailing too, it seems the cruise didn't sell well to begin with because of the way the dates for the holiday fell and many kids needing to take off a few days from school. Pricing dropped almost as low as the December 11th sailing, which is normally one of the lowest priced weeks of the year.
