Downtown Puerto Plata & Beach - has anyone taken this tour?

The hours are 3 - 9pm...3pm seems late to head to beach.

 

Would appreciate info from anyone who has taken this tour from Fathom.

Downtown Puerto Plata & Beach

 

We understand the need to explore, discover, and engage with new places and new people without planning. That is why we built this excursion! Tours are scheduled to depart Amber Cove at regular intervals. Travelers must book a tour. The buses will pass through the city and make its first stop at Plaza Independencia where you can get off the bus and look around the City Centre. The City Centre is just a 5-minute walk from the Malecon (boulevard), where there are many bars and restaurants. The bus will continue to Playa Dorada, where it will stop at Blue Jack Tar - where there is a private beach. At the beach you can rent a sun lounger, relax, and enjoy a day in the sand! The final tour stop is at the Plaza in Playa Dorada, a great spot to people watch, shop for souvenirs and gifts to take home, or challenge a local to a game of dominoes.
