My cruise has disappeared!

The cruise on 15th isn't cancelled. We were booked on it and we have the option to remain on it, albeit with a revised itinerary. I'm pretty p'd off though. I was looking forward to a med cruise that went somewhere original! As well as that I will most probably have to pay a penalty for changing flights!

That's terrible. Hope you can work it out to enjoy some time in Rome. IMO a year or less out is too late for them to charter sailings. People can and do buy international air early. I've never heard of a cruise line making a huge change like this and not pay the fees to change your flight to the new itinerary; stay on them if you want to fly home from Barcelona. But either way $50 OBC is pathetic compensation.

 

We are leaving on the jade Saturday and just found out from cruisecritic that they removed the slides from the ship and on the last sailing closed the pools; all to setup for a music charter in feb! Will be really upset of the pools are closed and we end up with a construction zone on the pool deck. [emoji36]

My TA called NCL this morning. I'm on the October 25th sailing that got changed to RT Barcelona vs Barcelona/Rome. NCL is offering $150 OBC for each of us and instructed to call NCL Guest Service resolution for assistance on airfare change fees. 1-866-625-1164.
