September 2015 on Splendor, even though it was not written anywhere in the Fun Times or on the goccl website, I was pleased to find that you could smoke in the little whiskey/cigar lounge on deck 5 Aft - the lounge back there with the piano bar and comedy club lounge. Not sure if they still allow it, but that was a nice, warm indoor spot for a ciggie. Enjoy your cruise!

They did away with all of the "cigar" bars.

Your MIL wants to see where she can head after dinner-- (casino)

or to this area on the aft

She will have to either go up to deck 10 aft port side or it could be starboard. Or she can go to one side of the Casino bar on deck 5 midship, which is the only inside smoking area.

It is starboard side.

I was just on the Splendor and the bar the other poster mentioned is still there, although not technically a "cigar" bar smoking was allowed including cigars.
