Where can I see Gift Certificates redeemed for OBC on my reservation?

Hi,

 

We received a few Royal Caribbean gift certificates over the holidays. Last week I went online and redeemed them for OBC for our March Allure cruise. The website said that it would show up within 2-3 days. I still haven't seen anything under our reservation showing the OBC.

 

Does anyone know where I can go to see that it was applied to our reservation and will be available to spend on our cruise?

I've never seen OBC show up on the website.

 

I've had to ask for Royal's Guest Copy of our booking confirmation. If it's not on that, I'd ask for the Amenity Invoice.

 

You ask for these documents from whoever booked your cruise.
