Cruise disappeared in online booking list?

I booked two YC rooms the MSC Meraviglia for Dec 2017, I just checked and it is not showing one of my reservation it is only showing one room plus the other cruises I have booked for different dates. I did submit the paperwork to have this transferred to a travel agent yesterday would this make the booking disappear from my booking menu? Has this happened when transferring to a travel agent for anyone?

When I've been looking into my profile on MSC's website lately, my booking isn't showing up. However, there is an option to search for your booking by number and name. When I do that, everything comes up as it should. Seems to be another one of those pesky MSC website glitches.

This is why I always book through my local travel agent. She knows what I want and I let her work out all the problems with MSC.

Probably you have 2 booking numbers . Each cabin has it's own. Try to log in with different number. For some reason MSC dose not shoe all your bookings in profile.

I called this morning MSC said they are having issues with their online information and that IT has been working on it for the last week, the nice lady I talked did look and see that my reservation was still there. I will be so happy when my booking transfer to my agent it makes me worry less!
