vacationmommy Posted January 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2017 I booked two YC rooms the MSC Meraviglia for Dec 2017, I just checked and it is not showing one of my reservation it is only showing one room plus the other cruises I have booked for different dates. I did submit the paperwork to have this transferred to a travel agent yesterday would this make the booking disappear from my booking menu? AEckhardt Posted January 13, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2017 When I've been looking into my profile on MSC's website lately, my booking isn't showing up. However, there is an option to search for your booking by number and name. When I do that, everything comes up as it should. Seems to be another one of those pesky MSC website glitches. Has this happened when transferring to a travel agent for anyone? Probably you have 2 booking numbers . Each cabin has it's own. Try to log in with different number. vacationmommy Posted January 13, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted January 13, 2017 I called this morning MSC said they are having issues with their online information and that IT has been working on it for the last week, the nice lady I talked did look and see that my reservation was still there.
