If we book a table now we understand we have to pay, but where can I find the terms and conditions with regard to cancellations/refunds? I have picked up a brochure (UK) this morning but still can't see it anywhere and I couldn't find it on the website either. It is a long way off, and as a large group quite a lot of money, so we want to be sure we can cancel and get a refund in the event we don't travel, or decide we want to dine in the main dining room on Christmas Day, or take advantage of discounts onboard for speciality dining if it is quiet. wrk2cruise Posted January 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2017 I don't know that I've seen it in writing anywhere on the web. I believe they request 24hr notice once onboard for cancellation. They usually send a reminder the day before of your reservation and I believe that is where I have seen the policy. If you cancel your trip I believe everything associated with it like excursions and dining will be refunded automatically even if you are in the penalty timeframe.
