Cozumel Chef- Food Tour?

Has anyone done this food tasting tour in Cozumel? It has good ratings on Trip Advisor but was wondering if any fellow cruisers have tried it.

We didn't do the tour while in Cozumel, but friends did and loved it. We did her cooking class and that was fun.

Has Emily taken over Josefina's classes, or started her own? I know she used to do the bookings for Josefina. I thought I had read that Luis from Playa Mia had done some of the classes so perhaps there are different instructors now at different times? Maybe Emily takes the class if she doesn't have a food tour.

We scheduled the class through Emily, and it was to be taught by Josefina. But, Luis did the cooking/teaching along with an assistant. Josefina had been ill.
