Seattle luggage question

Hi,
Fiance (soon DH!) and I are getting excited about our upcoming Sapphire sailing...but I've got a question...

I once heard that if you put the cruiseline luggage tags on your checked bags, Princess will take them to the ship from the airport and you don't even have to go to the baggage claim.

However, I'm wondering if this is the case now in Sea-Tac airport. I'd feel more comfortable getting my own bags from baggage claim to ensure they arrived safely...and was wondering if/when I should put on the Princess luggage tags.

Thanks!

Good question... I'm wondering if this might be the case only if you book the cruiseline's transfers???

As a rule I never put my luggage tags on before the flight. I like to know for sure that my luggage got the the same city as I did.

All cruise lines have reps in the baggage claim area. It is easy to spot your luggage put the ships tags on them and then let them go to the ship.
