Does anyone have exterior pictures of the rear of the balcony where 10872 is located. I want to see what is exactly below the area. Or would it be better to move down more toward the back? thanks

One thing that I do is I Google the name of the ship, and then click on IMAGES. This will give you plenty of pictures. If you just said simply want to see what's below or above your cabin, view the deck plans, and use the position on the elevator as a reference point.

thanks, but I really wanted an exterior pictures , to see the views, and what blocks the view, compared to other balconies

The video above is from 10864. When he is on his balcony you can see how your's will look. Straight down will be the roof to the waterfront and lifeboats. When sitting looking out you don't see them.

 

If you have the choice I would go port side. No chance of smoke from the smoking area 2 decks down and on the way home heading north you get afternoon sun on your balcony.
