GSC Tender and Shore excursion

I'm doing a b2b on Epic next week and wonder if buying a GSC shore excursion will get you a tender as early as you want. I'm considering an afternoon excursion time but might want to leave for Stirrup Cay in early morning. Does anyone know how this works? Thanks so much!!:)

Simple. Just get a normal tender in the morning to the Island, spend a few hours there, get the tender back which at mid-day will be no problem and then get on your shore excursion

Was on the Epic a few weeks ago on the first tender without any excursions or clamshell reservations. We got our tender tickets on embarkation day for the first group. The tender wasn't even full at that time.

We will be doing the tender "dance" on 2/23, we have a cabana. I guess that gets you "priority" tender tickets?

If so what do you do? Wander to the front of the line and Yell "I'm first"! LOL

It was supposed to be 8 but it was actually around 7:45.
