Possible Double Excursion!

Has anyone tried to do a possible double excursion in Cozumel? My girlfriend and I are thinking about doing an ATV rental and playing with Dolphins. Was wondering if you think it is possible while stopped as a part of a Royal Caribbean cruise? Thanks for your help in advance. One of them says 3.5 hours and one says 4 hours.

It's my understanding when booking with the ship that as long as there is 30 minutes between them it is possible.

Thing is ... sometimes by trying to do too much neither is fully enjoyed.
