Day pass for the Rex

Have not been to Antiga off a cruise ship in quite some time, but when we last visited we had a day pass at the Rex on Dickenson Bay. Only included lounge chair and one drink, and recall that we walked over to Spinnakers for lunch. Is Spinnakers still open, and do they still offer day passes at the Rex and? or chair rentals?
