As mentioned above, it all depends on whether the HDMI port on the TV is already enabled or not. Hit or miss.

 

 

 

I believe alfiemom was referring to shows already saved locally on the iPad. If so, this has nothing to do with bandwidth or getting online.

Actually, bandwidth would be an issue as these shows are saved via our DISH app and not saved on the iPad. But I appreciate any responses.

I've been able to utilize the HDMI input on Silhouette, but just off the Equinox and both TV's in both cabins had the HDMI input disabled unfortunately.

Amazon fire stick is designed to allow easy access to the accept conditions screens necessary for use in hotels.

And remember to put all connections back to their original state before you leave!

 

Our last two cruises the TV had been tampered with (yes, it is tampering) and left with connections open.

 

We had to get maintenance to fix it!
