How does Cagney's work with the Specialty dining promo on the Escape? Is it included as one of the free restaurants since it is listed as a la cart I wasn't sure?

No, although some people have encountered waiters who try to. Most people don't seem to have trouble, going by the reports here.

 

Per the terms of the package the only restriction stated is the entrees.

Anyone eating more than one appetiser, entree and desert in Cagneys needs to be checking their waistline. 2 courses with sides is a struggle.

There are people on here who claim you can easily eat the value of a 3 day SDP in one go at Cagneys. That involves about 4 apps and desserts.

 

I have asked them what they actually order, but have yet to get an answer.
