Orlando Post cruise need advise

Hello Fellow Cruisers

 

After our 4 day cruise my family has decided to stay for a few extra days in Orlando. As it stands we currently have transportation from the port back to the airport through a hotel package that we purchased earlier. Can someone advise on a way that we can get a shuttle from the port to the hotel near the Universal studio area instead of going back to the airport then take another shuttle from the airport to the hotel and of course we will need transportation back to the airport?

You can try AA Access Transport, Contrans, or Cocoa Beach Shuttle. All go from the port to the airport, and or Orlando Area hotels. You can find them all with a Google search.

we rented a car one way from dollar car rental. it was 7$ a day

Rental car would be the cheapest option.

I see someone already suggested some shared shuttle companies. That is an option too.

If not on a tight budget - hire a private car.

I would also recommend a rental car. For multiple people it will be cheaper than a shuttle, although your Orlando hotel "may" charge for parking. Look into this when booking.
