lovevacadays Posted February 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 13, 2017 We will be sailing Vancouver to Vancouver doing Glacier Bay, Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan. What excursions have you loved. I do primarily Mexico and Caribbean cruises so a little at a loss but I have lots of time to research for my friends and me.

TheCalicoCat Posted February 13, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 13, 2017 Hands down, the small boat excursion into Tracy Arm to see the Sawyer Glaciers. I also liked our drive into Yukon Territory.
Sequim88 Posted February 13, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 13, 2017 For us it would be hard to beat the Boat/Floatplane tour we did of Misty Fjords at Ketchikan. Amazing scenery.

CCJack Posted February 15, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 15, 2017 Our favorite was the whale watching. However we got luckier than most on how close we got to the whales.... Taking luck out of the equation, I would say our best was the Misty Fjords float-plane. Not only is Misty Fjords really beautiful, but the planes flying in and out right next to the ship (at least with our independent company) was really fun. Melinda Brasher Posted February 16, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 16, 2017 I'm more of a budget cruiser...and a hiker...so I do a lot of hiking in port. If that interests you, I can't say enough good things about the extremely steep but rewarding hike to Upper Dewey Lake in Skagway. I also have a lot of other hiking recommendations if you're interested (including short walks in nature).
