Dining room choice?

Is it possible to request a certain dining room? We have late dining

Dining rooms are set up to accommodate certain dining times- Early, Late, ATD

We were assigned to one dining room but wanted a private table. When we got on board, we talked to the maitre'd about the table and got moved to the other dining room. Had late dining in both. So it may be possible to change and keep the same dining time. Just depends on available tables I think.
