I have flown into Ft. Lauderdale and taken Uber to Miami (roughly $40) where I stayed at the Sleep Inn Miami Airport (roughly $150) and then taken their shuttle ($10 per person) to the port in the morning. detroitlions Posted February 15, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 15, 2017 I would stay in Miami there are a lot of deals right now. I am sailing a couple weeks after you and found prices right on Biscane bay for $
spidybabe Posted February 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 15, 2017 We recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn Plus Miami airport. They had great cruise and snooze prices. $118- for one night plus 12 days of parking included. Shuttle to cruise port also. The hotel was clean where it needed to be clean, and comfortable where it needed to be comfortable. Breakfast included (was a little crowded, as people got seats and just stayed). We would recommend and would stay there again. Safe sailing
phillyguy31 Posted February 15, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 15, 2017 Stayed at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami, so close you could almost walk it. Great outdoor mall across the street. Sent from my SM-G530T using Tapatalk
roger001 Posted February 15, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 15, 2017 With over a year and maybe 30 persons, I'd just call around the various hotels you might be interested in and talk with the hotel manager staff and see what they might offer. Check trip advisor for FLL and Miami hotel lists to get idea of the various ones.
