Cancelling and getting credit/refund?

So my understanding is if I book excursions and cancel them onboard before 24 hours, I get a refund as shipboard credit.

 

What if that amount ends up more than we end up owing at the end of the cruise? Do we then get the amount credited back to our credit cards?

If you have an excess of refundable credit (OBC from a cencelled excursion is refundable), you can either get cash on the last day, or have it automatically credited back to the credit card you have on file.

If you have credit left on your seas pass card at the end of the cruise...you aren't having enough fun!!!! :)
