Incentives from your TA

When you run into an unexpected problem a pvp has access to people a TA will not. Also he knows the company better than a TA will and can give good advise.

A good TA will know these same people. It depends on how long a TA has been in the business and the contacts they have made. There are both good and not so good PVPs and Travel Agents. Both should have the clients needs as key focus. Choose whichever is best for you.
