Celebrity Equinox Sushi on Five Reservations

I have asked multiple Celebrity Cruise reps and my (clueless) travel agent this query and I get different answers from "it's a pop-up restaurant" (whatever that means) to "it's not on the Equinox" to "I don't know". Can reservations be made in advance for Sushi On Five on line while pre-planning my trip for the May 5 sailing? I am able to make reservations for the other specialty restaurants with no problem.
