Sofa Bed on the Grand

Sailing on the Grand next month and have a question regarding the sofa beds. We are a family of four and have experienced both the best of sofa beds and worst of sofa beds on Princess. Since she went into dry dock for some upgrades, does anyone know if the sofa bed mattresses were also upgraded? Are there any families of 3 or 4 who have had to use the sofa beds who can give me an update on the sleeping condition of them. Thanks.

IMO.......I doubt they were, even so even new they are terrible. :(

We got off the Grand last weekend...DS was on the sofa bed. The mattress was not improved to the one he had a little over a year ago...(he's 14 and 6'1). He did not complain about it but was happy to use our bed whenever we weren't in it!

When my DS is on the sofa bed we always request the egg crate mattress topper. He says that works for him.
